“I am writing to congratulate or commend your staff member, Lynette.  This morning we visited the store at Botany with two of our Stressless footstools that we had purchased along with two Stressless recliner chairs many years back, probably in early 2000s.  The issue was that one of the footstools was not functioning correctly.  Lynette, quickly reassured us that if she was unable to determine the fault and correct it then the “factory” would. With her patience and gentle manner, she identified the issue and corrected the problem.  Then she advised us on how to maintain the mechanism and also the leather work, advising us on the best “leather cream” and techniques on how to apply the leather conditioner.  Lynette was extremely polite, able and efficient.  A superb representative for Danske Mobler and the Stressless brand.  My wife and I felt very privileged to have dealt with her.”

“I recently purchased bedroom furniture which was delivered yesterday.  The service I received from Howard on the shop floor and your delivery staff Johnathan & Jesse was exceptional. Howard showed me a range of options, measured up items so I could make sure they would fit and was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.  I was phoned the day before delivery to confirm the time, and the furniture arrived as promised and the packing was removed and taken away.  This excellent service is in complete contrast to the poor service I have received from Mainfreight.  Once I knew you had your own delivery team and did not need to visit any other stores.  Please pass on my thanks to your amazing team and I look forward to shopping in your store again.”

“I just wanted to give some feedback on the two movers who came to deliver and assemble our bed this morning - Ray and Lamek.  Both of them were extremely friendly and helpful, doing a great job of assembling and bringing the bed through the house with real care.  More importantly though they were great with our two small children, who were really interested in watching the put the bed together and were chatty and personable.  This level of service is of the highest level, where people go above and beyond what is technically required with a real care for customers. Please pass on my feedback to the guys, they were amazing.”

“I would just like to say a big thank you to Lynette for making my furniture purchasing such a seamless process.  From the first email and phone calls, Lynette made things easier for me.  We discussed colours of fabric for the 2-seater and occasional chairs.  Lynette made some fabric samples available for me to take home to match with my carpet and made suggestions of what she thought might work.  We had conversations that were relaxed and with much laughter.  When I made my colour decisions Lynette went through the pricing and I came away feeling very well looked after and happy with my purchase.  So once again, thank you Lynette for your fabulous customer service.  I have been singing your praises to all who will listen.  I certainly will, and have, recommended Danske Mobler to my friends.  Now waiting for the arrival of said purchases, can’t wait.”

“I have recently purchased 2 IMG chairs from Danske Mobler in Botany.  We were very impressed with Mark the salesperson.  We found him very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.  He was incredibly helpful and followed up to see we were happy with the purchase.  Secondly, I would like to acknowledge Josh and Lemeki who delivered the chairs to our home.  Unfortunately, it was not a simple delivery as they had to unpack the chairs outside and carry them inside which I noted was much more awkward.  It was not a problem to these two polite young men.  When I need more furniture I shall return because of this service.  I will also talk amongst my friends and acquaintances.”
